The Process

The Quoting Phase:

You call us and we will arrange a time to meet with you. During this meeting we will discuss your project, offer ideas and suggestions, and get the necessary information required to create an accurate written quote that meets your budget. Communication is important to us because the job must be done right the first time. We make it a priority to respect our customers. Your time is just as important to you as it is to us. When we book an appointment we’ll be there, and we will be on time.

The Designing Phase:

Now that you have an understanding of the numbers and the tasks necessary for your project we can determine if you require a design. By knowing your budget beforehand, and by communicating that to us, our experts will create a drawing specific for your needs.  Some jobs will not require the designing phase.

The Building Permits Phase:

If permits are required for your project, we will take care of all the permits, any necessary meetings, and any additional drawings that may be necessary. You will not need to be involved in this process at all. We do all the intimidating background work for you. Some jobs will not require the permits phase.

The Build Phase:

During the build phase we complete your project by following the designs and quotes from the previous stages. This allows us to stay within your budget using the products as outlined in the quote, thereby eliminating any “surprises” at the end.

After the Build:

We value the relationship we have with our customers and want you to be a repeat customer. We stand by our workmanship on all our projects and we look forward to helping you out with future ones.
